Student - Centered Approach

We believe that each student is different, with his or her own individual needs. We also believe that students’ full potential can only emerge when they believe that continuous personal growth must be coupled with real technical skills and knowledge to find the best solutions and make the best decisions.

At UBS, our principle of a ‘student-centred’ education, combined with a quality curriculum, includes the following to stimulate the learning process:

• Classroom limit of no more than 18 students each class.
• Close class interaction between faculty staff and students is encouraged.
• U-shaped set up of lecture rooms for optimum interaction with lecturer and student.
• Optimum student:lecturer ratio helping to ensure student focus
• Support for student activities, associations, including sports and music
• Student counseling services including careercounseling, education and placement, and student welfare services
