Budhi Sugarda – Chairman, UBS

Before he was appointed Chairman of UBS, Budhi Sugarda had a long track record in the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia – his previous roles there began with Lecturer & Instructor of Marketing Management, USDA Project Assistant for the Institute of Economic Research FEUI, Secretary to the Department of Management Studies FEUI. He rose from Deputy Director for the Administrative and Financial Management for the Master’s Programme FEUI, Deputy Head of UI Extension Program, to Director of the Lembaga Management Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia (LMFEUI) and also as Coordinator of Finance & Human Resources, helping to prepare the University of Indonesia to become a BHMN.

Dono Murdiyanto  – Vice Chairman, Academic Affairs

Active as Secretary General of the Indonesia charter of the International Advertising Association, headquartered in New York, USA, Dono Murdiyanto has seven years of experience in the field of international education as a senior education consultant. Before joining UBS, he was attached to an international college of business and design in Asia Pacific (with offices in Singapore, Sydney, Auckland, China and others). Prior to this, he was based in the real estate sector.

Reza Suriansha – Vice Chairman, Administration

Reza Suriansha is also Deputy Director, Finance and Business Development, the UniSadhuGuna Education Group comprising eight business units and handling more than 30,000 students annually. Reza Suriansha has actively participated in conferences and exhibitions including in Korea and Washington, D.C. He has led trips to Australia, UK and Europe to establish cooperation with international universities. Before joining the UniSadhuGuna Group and UBS, he was based in the head office of the  Pasaraya Group.

Mariam Kartikatresni – Vice Chairman, Student Affairs

Mariam Kartikatresni is also Deputy Director, Human Resources and Marketing, the UniSadhuGuna Education Group, as well as Director of The British Institute (TBI). She has been active as a member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN)  and as an organizer of trade shows in Cape Town, South Africa where she led trade delegations to countries around Africa. Prior to this, she was based in the hospitality services and property industry.

Adi Nurmahdi -  UBS International Program Director

Prior to joining UBS, Adi Nurmahdi was active as Director of the International Program at the University of Indonesia Esa Unggul and the University of Mercu Buana. He has also been Director of Studies,UniSadhuGuna International College (UIC)

Sri Saraswati -  UBS Regular Program Director

Master of Arts in Education (Institute of Education, University of London, UK)

Before becoming dedicated to education and joining UBS, Sri Saraswati worked in the Listing department, Indonesia Stock Exchange (formerly Jakarta Stock Exchange) as an analyst to review proposals for potential Initial Public Offerings (IPOs); this included the appraisal of proforma financial statements, analysis and budget planning.
